In their workshops, Body Research strives to facilitate a friendly, down-to-earth, and focused atmosphere for study and practice.  

Karl Frost, director, has been teaching classes and workshops in contact improvisation, body-based creative process, and performance work since 1988.  He is passionately devoted to the art of teaching and has a touring schedule which regular has him touring across N America and Europe.
