Refund Policy for events

In general refunds are possible with cancelation, depending on how far ahead of time and context.

A cancelation fee will be subtracted from refunds.  Unless stated otherwise, it will be as follows.

• 30% of workshop fee if cancelation is more than two weeks before the event
• 45% of workshop fee if cancelation between 1 and 2 weeks before the event
• 60% of workshop fee if cancelation is within week of the event.
• 80% of workshop fee if cancelation on the day of the workshop.

Cancelation fee may be waived for some circumstances, particularly in the case of illness.
